BHA is architect for a new build serviced apartment development for Integrity International Group on a prominent site facing the tower of London. The building is eight storeys above ground and contains 273 apartments and substantial retail premises at street level. It has been designed to reflect the differing contexts of the World Heritage Site to the south and the Crescent Conservation Area to the west. For this project we have developed an innovative apartment layout designed to maximise the site capacity whilst delivering a high level of quality and luxury. Building construction had to take account of the elevated mainline railway to the north, the District and Circle lines below the site and the presence of busy Hammett Street at surface level underneath the building. Building services design and interior design were also provided to this project by our specialist consultancies. The project is currently due for completion Q4 2019.
