When BHA was asked to make proposals for the Arbor City Hotel the building, originally converted from a 1960s office building, was run down and not attracting customers at commercially viable room rates.  The client recognised that a new type of hotel offering, reflecting the increasing attractiveness of this location, was now both necessary and desirable.  In response BHA has transformed the building into bright modern hotel that is now fully and continuously booked by both commercial and tourism customers.  The refurbishment included all building services as well as FF&E and incorporated a new rooftop extension to provide additional guest rooms.
