Buchanan Hartley

BHA was approached in 2012 by Northstar 2000 Limited to obtain planning permission for a mixed use development on a challenging site in Crystal Palace, hemmed in by other properties, but with great views from its elevated position.  Permission was eventually granted for nine dwellings and offices office accommodation in 2015 after several applications and an appeal.  The project is currently under construction and due for completion Q2 2017.  The architectural treatment is crisp and modern but using brickwork to stay within the tradition of the new London vernacular.
