BHA carried out full design and specification for a new teppanyaki and sushi restaurant, including customer areas and kitchens, in the City of London situated in a 340m2 unit within a new build development.  The restaurant requires high volume extraction over the grilling stations and the stainless steel extractor hoods incorporating lighting specially designed and fabricated to cater for this are used as the defining feature of the table array.  The finished restaurant seeks to celebrate the combination of cooking and eating facilities provided within a single space using modern detailing and materials whilst acknowledging traditional Japanese design.
