A BHA director was responsible for the design of this dwelling and winning planning permission from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council in an AONB setting. The site is unusually good and rare, but challenging in terms of gradient and orientation. The design makes the most of the site and layouts out a country house of optimum internal arrangement, including a full cellar. The client and family were delighted with the end result and continue to enjoy this country house to the present.
