Maze Grill London
Open 2008
The Maze Grill in the Marriott Grosvenor Hotel was created by Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton and opened in 2008. BHA was responsible for a programme of refurbishment projects at this hotel and worked closely with the project team to deliver this prestige restaurant. Now nearly ten years old, the fit out is still providing the same ambience and comfort as when it first opened. Light natural colours, white walls, classic furniture and high quality lighting have continued to attract a clientele which appreciates timeless style.
