BHA obtained planning permission for a private client to enlarge and improve a small agricultural worker’s cottage in Rural Ashford and the result is a house that is transformed into a well appointed rural home of five bedrooms.  The site and original  building orientation was poor and great efforts were made to re-align the building’s focus whilst complying with tight rural development control constraints.  The result was a commercial success for the client.
